The Nar Phu Valley Trek rigorous trekking opened to the tourist only in the year 2003 will take you to the rural area of Nar Phu valley inhabited by Tibetan Nepalese. These valley inhabitants about 300 households who depend on livestock like most of the Bhotia people do due to the lack of farming and cultivable land.
